On November 21 2025, the Queen City Law team did not have a regular Friday. The team swapped their legal briefs for party vibes and set off on a party bus adventure that took them on a journey filled with laughter, good times and team bonding.

The day kicked off with the team piling onto a party bus, where karaoke reignited their inner rock stars. The bus was filled with music, laughter, and the unmistakable sound of colleagues letting loose after a year of hard work... though a few team members were catching up on some sleep time between songs. Can't blame them when they work so hard.

Driving through the picturesque Matakana countryside, with its rolling hills and stunning views, the team soaked in the scenery before arriving at their next adventure: go-karting. On the tracks, everyone embraced “friendly” competition (which, let’s be honest was never truly friendly) and laughter at every turn, though a few people came away with some bruises haha! It was a high-octane reminder that teamwork and fun go hand-in-hand.

After burning some serious energy on the tracks, the crew headed to Sculptureum, a place where art and creativity collide. Here, the team explored stunning sculptures and enjoyed the serene surroundings, a perfect contrast to their morning of high-speed excitement.

For lunch, the team headed to Rothko, where they indulged in a delicious, carefully curated menu. Between bites, they shared stories, reflected on the year gone by, and enjoyed the warm, relaxed atmosphere. It was the perfect time for some fun QCL Awards, celebrating quirky, memorable, and standout moments from the year, which had everyone laughing and cheering.

This end-of-year celebration was more than a day of fun. It reflected the strong sense of camaraderie and team spirit at Queen City Law. From racing go-karts to exploring the artistic installations at Sculptureum, followed by a lively karaoke session on the party bus, the day was filled with laughter, enjoyment, and memorable moments for the whole team.

As 2025 comes to an end, the Queen City Law team steps into the new year stronger, closer, and with memories that will be cherished for years to come. Here’s to teamwork, fun, and many more celebrations ahead!
