We recently hosted Hotel 101 Global CEO Hannah Yulo-Lucini and Strategic Partnerships Director Jane Wang and discussed their plans to develop what could be the largest hotel in New Zealand of its type. Hotel 101 is a Philippine-founded company listed on NASDAQ. It was a privilege to also have Ambassador Kira Acuzena join the conversation. It's great to see such a positive outlook for our tourism sector and confidence in New Zealand’s future.

Hannah explained that Hotel101 commenced its operation with a simple philosophy - give travellers a smart, standardised hotel room at an accessible price, anywhere in the world. The company listed on the Nasdaq last year and opened its first hotel in Spain in March. Today they have projects and properties planned across Asia, Europe and downunder.
