Marcus has most recently been involved in reviewing the Investor Categories of New Zealand Government Business Immigration Policy in conjunction with senior officials of Immigration New Zealand ( www.inz.dol.govt.nz ).

Modifications to the new Investor Policies have now become effective (NZ$10m and NZ$1.5m). The fact is that Marcus would be virtually without parallel throughout New Zealand in terms of representing literally hundreds of investors with all of their legal requirements in New Zealand since the inception of this programme, originally in 1999. These new policies place substantial emphasis on active investment in NZ for a three or four year term and Queen City Law is therefore a very obvious destination for anyone considering immigration to NZ under these categories as sound legal advice is a necessity.
