We have made significant investment in our technology which includes:

1. Imanage
This is our document collection system which contains in excess of 200,000 legal documents. Some authors retain legal precedents in alphabetical order from A (Affidavit) through to W (Will). This system enable us to quickly email documents through to clients for review as required. It also contains search engines so that documents can be retrieved very quickly. A clients particular documents will be married up with their matter number so that any such documents are easy to find at any given stage in the future. Our document system is a real point of distinction for our practice and enables us to add real value to our clients requirements.

2. Lawbase
Our electronic trust account system which provides records of all of our clients financial activities. This dynamic software also enable us to track every transaction down to the last cent on any given matter. It enables us to monitor work flows at the touch of a button. We also go out of our way to try and obtain the best possible interest bearing deposit rates for our respective clients who may elect to deal on a one on one basis with our dedicated Trust Accountant at any time.

3. ASB Fastnet
Our electronic trust account system is held with ASB which allows us to remit money on behalf of clients electronically in the fastest possible time.

4. Brookers (Legal Database)
This provides us with up to date access to virtually any legal issue including all Acts of Parliament as well as recent caselaw and so on.

5. ADLS (Legal Forms)
Increasingly more and more of New Zealands legal forms are becoming electronic. We can work online on all standard agreements for sale and purchase of real estate and businesses as well as a host of other standard law forms including mortgage documentation etc.

6. Land Information New Zealand (LINZ)
We have obtained digital certification in order that we can attend to the transfer and registration of (property) documents electronically. This is now in fact mandatory.

7. Broadband Internet facilities
We now attend to a significant amount of legal work such as Companies Office dealings, Tax Office, Immigration NZ and Court dealings electronically. Our office is also wireless so clients are able to access their own PCs here in our Queen Street office.
